Every month we send out the Dante News to all of our members providing information on what is happening in the school and the Society and publishing a calendar of events for the next month or so.

2024 Term 1 classes will commence for new students, and resume for existing students, at the Dante Alighieri Cultural Centre on Monday, 22 January. For information about enrolment and fees, visit the Italian Classes page on this website.

Conversazioni Livello Intermedio

These Circoli are offered fortnightly on Thursday afternoons from 3pm to 4:30pm. They are open to anyone who would like to participate. See page 4 of this month’s Dante News for details.

Annual General Meeting

6:30pm to 7:00pm at the Dante Alighieri Cultural Centre, 26 Gray Street, New Farm. Nominations are invited from members for election to the Management Committee of the Dante Alighieri Society Inc., Brisbane. See page 5 of this month’s Dante News for details.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Brisbane, who have walked and cared for this land for thousands of years, and their descendants who maintain their spiritual connection and traditions.

We thank them for sharing their culture, spiritualties and ways of living with the land in this place we all now call home.

We pay respects to Elders past, present and emerging. May we continue to walk gently and respectfully together with each other.
